Challenging Sports for Men and Women

 Safety is key. Here is a list of generally acceptable sports and athletics:

 
  1. Running (including marathons).
  2. Stationary bike (gym).
  3. Fencing.
  4. Moderate weightlifting.
  5. Rowing and swimming.
  6. Carefully supervised bungee-jumping.
Other beneficial activities:
 
  1. Dance.
  2. Yoga.
  3. Hiking and Trail Walking (under professional supervision).
